  • Virtual assistant services (admin, customer support, data entry)

    • All services are tailored per client and may be subject to additional agreements or scopes of work.


✅ 3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide accurate information and timely communication
  • Ensure that shared content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
  • Make payments on time to avoid service disruption

✅ 4. Intellectual Property

All materials developed by Zinzo Digital (graphics, reports, strategies, code, etc.) remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.


✅ 5. Payment & Invoicing

  • All payments must be made in full, as per the invoice terms
  • Late payments may incur penalties or suspension of services
  • Third-party fees (e.g., ad platforms) are not included unless specified

✅ 6. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. No refunds are issued for partially completed or paused services unless outlined in the Refund Policy.

Zinzo Digital shall not be held liable for:

  • Loss of business, data, or profits due to service delays or issues
  • Third-party changes (like Google algorithm updates or platform bans)
